Roast Crispy Skin Pork Leg with Seasonal Sides

Serves 4

Ingredients
Whole Bangalow Sweet Pork™ Pork Leg (bone in, shank end) at room temperature
Salt

Method
• Pre-heat oven to 240°C
• Score skin/fat, and rub with 1 tablespoon of salt
• Roast pork leg at 240°C for 30 minutes
• Reduce heat to 140°C and roast for 3½ hours
• Remove from oven and let rest for 1 hour before carving and serving.

Seasonal oven roasted root vegetables
Baby / Dutch carrots
Roast apples
Swede purée
Apple chutney or apple sauce
